Sr Project Manager - SAP ABAP HANA Job

Key Responsibilities Technical Architecture & Design

• Design and develop robust, scalable SAP technical architectures and solutions
• Define ABAP development standards, coding guidelines, and architectural frameworks
• Lead technical design reviews and provide architectural governance
• Ensure solution performance, scalability, security, and maintainability
• Create detailed technical specifications based on business requirements
  
  

Cloud & Technology Innovation

• Architect and implement hybrid and cloud-based SAP solutions
• Design solutions leveraging SAP BTP capabilities and services
• Drive adoption of new technologies like S/4HANA, ABAP RESTful Programming Model, and Fiori
• Implement modern development practices including CI/CD and DevOps for SAP
• Develop strategies for migrating from on-premise to cloud environments
  
  

Project Leadership

• Lead technical aspects of SAP implementation projects
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (BASIS, functional consultants, infrastructure)
• Develop technical project plans, timelines, and resource requirements
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure successful delivery of complex technical solutions
  
  

Client/Stakeholder Management

• Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Provide expert technical consultation to clients and business stakeholders
  
  

Required Skills

• 15+ years of SAP ABAP development experience
• Strong knowledge of SAP BTP and cloud technologies
• Extensive experience with S/4HANA and related technologies
• Proven experience in project management and solution design
• Deep understanding of SAP integration technologies
• Experience with modern ABAP development (ABAP OO, CDS Views, BOPF)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in GCC environments
• SAP certifications in relevant areas
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Knowledge of industry best practices and standards
• Experience with SAP HANA database and optimization techniques
