Sourcing Analyst And Project Management

Primary Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for following tasks:-

• Working on strategic tasks within General Procurement
• Analysis and review of MIS, KPI, Reports, Topics etc. for identification of efficiencies, reporting challenges and maintain consistency in strategic objectives.
• Working on SiSR initiatives and activities within the Procurement function
• Alignment and submission of weekly, monthly and other reports.
• Support and guide buyers for sourcing topics, processes, upcoming events, special tasks , activities, audit tasks etc.
• Coordinating & ensuring smooth functioning of respective team along within the Headquarters (SK MB, VW WOB)
• Supporting and working with the respective RSC teams for effective coordination of topics, tasks, synergies, reports etc.
• Other support functions for Business plan, Risk monitoring, New Cost savings initiatives, HPO-high Performance Organization tasks, Group strategies, Budget planning & tracking, other measures as necessary
  
  

• Planning, steering and tracking the tasks , activities in coordination with BA Head (within the team, with stakeholders, Headquarters etc.)
• Preparation of KPIs, Reports, specific presentations etc. and accordingly planning, steering necessary actions
• Implementation of SiSR initiatives within Procurement. Align, prepare and conduct meetings, follow action, prepare presentations and all related tasks to SiSR (Sustainability in supplier relations)
• Adherence to the SAVWIPL, SK MB and VW Group procedures & policies. Ensure reading, identifying actions, preparing check list and supporting the team for implementation (goal- up to date and full compliance)
• Timely escalation, reporting to avoid any chance of delayed reporting.
• Extensive usage of AI, Power BI and tools for efficiency improvement. Accordingly, implementing the same within the team.
