Job Description

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds.

We believe in building technology that matters—powered by people who are passionate about learning, quality, and collaboration. If you enjoy solving real‑world problems and working with global teams, you might be the perfect fit for us.

We are looking for a Software Engineer – .NET (C# / WPF)

A quality‑driven developer who can design, build, and maintain robust Windows desktop applications while collaborating across geographies and contributing to continuous improvement.

You’ll make a difference by:

  • Designing and implementing Windows desktop–based client‑server applications using C# and WPF (preferred), following OOAD methodology.
  • Developing and maintaining automated unit tests using tools such as NUnit, Moq, SpecFlow, NCover/OpenCover, ensuring high code quality and reliability.
  • Adhering to process and quality standards by producing artifacts such as review logs, RCA reports, traceability matrices, and actively participating in process audits, quality gates, and project status reviews.
  • Interfacing closely with global development teams and product owners based in Switzerland and Chicago to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
  • Representing technical topics confidently in sprint demos, client meetings, and other forums, communicating clearly with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrating a strong quality orientation throughout the software development lifecycle.

You’ll win us over by:

  • Holding an engineering degree with 2–5 years of demonstrable experience in software development.
  • Having strong hands‑on experience with C#.NET, WinForms, databases, XML, OOAD, design patterns, and UML.
  • Bringing working knowledge or hands‑on experience with WPF and test automation frameworks such as NUnit, Moq, SpecFlow, NCover, or OpenCover.
  • Possessing exposure to web technologies, including designing and/or consuming REST APIs and Angular for UI development.
  • Understanding cross‑platform development in .NET, which will be considered an added advantage.
  • Showing a continuous improvement mindset with a solid focus on quality, maintainability, and best practices.

What you need to make real what matters:

  • A passion for building reliable, high‑quality software.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to collaborate in a global, cross‑functional environment.
  • The drive to learn, grow, and contribute to products that make a real impact.
