About the Role:

Della Townships is seeking a proactive and disciplined Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of civil works, monitoring workforce productivity, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with contractors to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Supervision

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor progress of civil, structural, and finishing works at site.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
  
  

Quality Control

• Inspect ongoing work to ensure adherence to quality standards and construction specifications.
• Identify defects and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Monitor workmanship and maintain quality across all stages of construction.
  
  

Workforce Management

• Supervise labor and contractor workforce on site.
• Maintain daily attendance and productivity records.
• Ensure work is completed within the planned schedule and milestones.
  
  

Material & Resource Monitoring

• Track receipt, storage, and usage of construction materials.
• Coordinate with stores and procurement teams for timely material availability.
• Minimize material wastage and ensure proper site housekeeping.
  
  

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Conduct regular safety checks and promote safe work practices.
• Report unsafe conditions and incidents immediately.
  
  

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
• Report site issues, delays, and resource requirements to the Site Engineer/Project Engineer.
• Assist in measurement and verification of completed work.
  
  

Job Expectations

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Good understanding of construction methods, drawings, materials, and site operations.
• Ability to manage labor teams and coordinate with contractors effectively.
• Basic knowledge of safety standards and quality practices.
  
  

Minimum Qualification

Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI in Civil Construction. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.

Minimum Job Experience

3 to 8 years of experience in residential, commercial, township, villa, or high-rise construction projects.
