About the Role

Della Townships is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Site Project Engineer to oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities for large-scale township and real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely execution, quality compliance, contractor coordination, and adherence to project schedules while maintaining the highest standards of safety and construction excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Site Management

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure execution of civil works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Monitor site progress and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Track project milestones and proactively address site-related challenges.
  
  

Quality Control & Compliance

• Ensure construction quality meets approved standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Verify material quality and workmanship at all stages of construction.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and company guidelines.
  
  

Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Review drawings and identify potential execution issues before implementation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  
  

Contractor & Vendor Management

• Monitor contractor performance and productivity.
• Verify work measurements and support certification of contractor bills.
• Ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and manpower at site.
• Maintain effective coordination with suppliers and subcontractors.
  
  

Safety & Documentation

• Ensure adherence to site safety practices and company EHS policies.
• Maintain project records, site registers, inspection reports, and progress documentation.
• Report project updates, risks, and delays to the Project Manager.
  
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 3 to 8 years of experience in execution of residential, commercial, township, high-rise, or mixed-use development projects.
• Strong knowledge of RCC works, finishing works, structural drawings, and construction methodologies.
• Experience in contractor management, quality control, and site coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting tools.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Minimum Job Experience

3 to 8 years of experience in execution of residential, commercial, township, high-rise, or mixed-use development projects.
