About the Role:

Della Townships is looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Site Project Engineer – Finishing to oversee and manage all finishing activities across residential, commercial, and township development projects. The role involves ensuring superior quality finishes, timely project completion, contractor coordination, and adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Finishing Works Execution

  • Supervise and execute all finishing activities including plastering, flooring, tiling, marble and stone work, painting, waterproofing, false ceilings, façade finishes, joinery, doors, windows, and interior fit-outs.
  • Ensure finishing works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and quality standards.
  • Monitor daily progress and ensure timely completion of finishing milestones.

Quality Management

  • Conduct regular quality inspections and snag identification during all stages of finishing.
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and premium finish standards across all project areas.
  • Coordinate rectification of defects and ensure closure of snag lists before handover.

Coordination & Planning

  • Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and vendors for seamless execution.
  • Review drawings and resolve site execution issues related to finishing works.
  • Prepare work schedules and ensure alignment with overall project timelines.

Contractor & Vendor Management

  • Monitor productivity and quality of finishing contractors and subcontractors.
  • Verify work measurements and support certification of contractor bills.
  • Ensure timely availability of materials, samples, mock-ups, and resources required for finishing activities.

Handover & Documentation

  • Prepare punch lists and ensure closure before project handover.
  • Maintain daily progress reports, quality checklists, inspection records, and material consumption reports.
  • Support final unit inspections and customer handovers.

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with site safety standards and company policies.
  • Maintain housekeeping and safe working practices within finishing work areas.

Job Expectations

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Strong knowledge of finishing materials, construction detailing, quality standards, and interior execution processes.
  • Ability to read architectural, interior, and finishing drawings.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting tools.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in premium residential townships, luxury housing, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
  • Exposure to high-end finishes, luxury interiors, clubhouse facilities, amenities, and common area finishing works.

Minimum Qualification

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum Job Experience

4 to 10 years of experience in finishing execution for residential townships, luxury villas, high-rise buildings, hospitality projects, or commercial developments.
