About The Job

One of our clients is on the lookout for an enthusiastic person to join us as a Visual and Interaction Designer. We’re looking for a Senior Web Designer who can craft world-class, visually immersive websites for AI-first products. You’ll own the full design journey from concept to pixel-perfect, production-ready pages.

This isn’t a template job. We want someone who treats every scroll, transition, and micro-interaction as an opportunity to tell a story.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio can override formal education — we care more about what you’ve shipped than where you studied.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Results-driven with a demonstrated ability of creativity and business understanding.
  
  

• Design and ship high-conversion marketing websites and product landing pages that feel alive — bold typography, cinematic layouts, purposeful motion, and light/dark-mode-forward aesthetics that the AI/SaaS space demands.
• Conceptualize visual narratives from scratch, translating complex AI and deep-tech concepts into clear, elegant interfaces that make people stop scrolling.
• Create rich interaction and animation layers using GSAP, Lottie, Rive.
• Design and maintain component-based design systems in Figma that scale across pages and campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with brand strategists, copywriters, and engineers to ensure every page ships with intent.
• Stay dangerously current — know what Midjourney, Runway, and Sora can do for web visuals before anyone asks.
  
  

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience designing and shipping premium marketing websites, with a portfolio that makes us lean in.
• Deep proficiency in Figma.
• Strong command of motion design for the web — you think in easing curves, scroll physics, and choreographed transitions, not just static frames.
• A sharp eye for typography, spacing, color theory, and layout composition.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS.
• Experience designing for AI, SaaS, or deep-tech companies is a strong plus — you understand how to make abstract technology feel tangible.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows: using generative AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion) for ideation, mood boards, texture generation, and rapid visual exploration.
• Bonus points for experience with 3D elements in web (Spline, Three.js) or integrating real-time generative visuals into sites.
  
  

• You have a design Tumblr, Are.na board, or bookmarks folder full of sites that inspire you — and you can articulate why each one works.
• You’ve experimented with AI tools not because it’s trendy, but because you genuinely enjoy pushing creative boundaries.
• You think about performance (page speed, CLS, LCP) as a design constraint, not an afterthought.
• You’ve been the person on a team who raises the visual bar and makes everyone else want to do better work.
