Principal Financial Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This role offers the chance to work on complex financial projects that will challenge and encourage you!

Key Responsibilities

• Examine and interpret pension plan data for individual participants, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Conduct reasonability assessments on pension plan data to confirm accuracy and integrity.
• Communicate effectively with multiple collaborators, including Actuaries, to discuss detailed calculations and project progress.
• Estimate future workload capacity and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
• Follow up on outstanding queries and advance issues for timely resolution.
• Collaborate with colleagues to brainstorm innovative solutions and support the team by taking on additional tasks as needed.
• Stay informed about changes in the regulatory environment and advancements in technology.
  
  

• 4-7 years of experience in a related industry with a focus on DB manual calculations and payroll.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate with and examine extensive data collections.
• Proficiency in MS Office with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in data conversion or onboarding is preferred.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
• Any Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
