Senior Business Analyst US Healthcare IT

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a mandatory background in US Healthcare and EHR platforms, along with hands-on experience working in Agile environments. The role involves eliciting and managing business requirements, analyzing healthcare data, and supporting the delivery of high-quality technology solutions for US healthcare clients. This position is critical in bridging business needs with technical implementation while ensuring alignment with Agile delivery practices.

• Collaborate with stakeholders (clinicians, administrators, and IT professionals) to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for US healthcare IT systems and solutions.
• Evaluate current US healthcare processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness in US healthcare delivery.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Utilize tools such as SQL, Excel, statistical software (R, SAS), and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI) to analyze US healthcare data, generating insights that drive decision-making and process improvements.
• Support analysis and understanding of US Healthcare IT systems, with strong emphasis on Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms.
• Work closely with IT teams, clinicians, and administrators to ensure the business requirements are aligned with the technical solution being developed.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and process maps.
• Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the US Healthcare domain.
• Mandatory experience working with EHR platforms (any major EHR systems).
• Mandatory experience working in Agile / Scrum methodology.
