In This Role, You Will

• Implement and enhance solutions using Java 8–17, Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
• Design, develop and maintain REST & SOAP services and microservices applications.
• Integrate and manage messaging systems (IBM MQ and Solace).
• Write and maintain automation/deployment scripts (shell scripting).
• Partner with DevOps to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure code quality, performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application/system issues within timelines (incl. production).
• Participate in 24x7 support rotation: answer user queries, fulfil requests, resolve incidents; collaborate with stakeholders (ITID/Cloud/DevOps/ICR) and document delivered functionality/designs.
  
  

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Strong Java 8–17 proficiency + object-oriented programming.
• Strong Spring Boot / Spring Framework expertise.
• Hands-on microservices architecture experience.
• Hands-on REST + SOAP service development/support.
• Messaging expertise: IBM MQ and/or Solace.
• Shell scripting for automation.
• CI/CD tooling knowledge: Jenkins, Git, Maven (pipelines).
• Strong troubleshooting/debugging skills + ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with strong stakeholder communication.
