Senior Automation Developer – Power Platform | Python | AI

Location: Bangalore (Preferred) | Open to Hybrid / Remote (India)

Experience: 6–10 Years

We are looking for a Senior Automation Developer to design, build, and scale intelligent automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and modern AI capabilities.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to automate business processes, integrate enterprise systems, and build scalable, production-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps
• Build and manage end-to-end workflows, integrations, and automation pipelines
• Develop and integrate solutions using REST APIs and custom connectors
• Use Python scripting for automation, data processing, and integrations
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of automation solutions
• Support deployments, monitoring, and production issue resolution
• Contribute to best practices, governance, and platform standards
• Explore and implement AI-driven automation (AI Builder, Copilot, etc.)
  
  

• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Power Automate
• Power Apps
• Experience in API integrations (REST APIs, JSON, authentication)
• Proficiency in Python scripting
• Experience with version control tools (GitHub/Git) and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Good understanding of automation lifecycle, deployment, and support
  

• Exposure to AI capabilities (AI Builder, Copilot Studio, LLM integrations)
• Experience with RPA tools (Power Automate Desktop / UiPath)
• Knowledge of enterprise applications like Salesforce, SAP, UKG, Coupa, Okta, MSFT tools
• Understanding of automation governance, security, and compliance (SOX/ITGC)
• Exposure to modern integration patterns / agent-based workflows (MCP, etc.)
