Job Description

Location: Baner, Pune

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new B2B and B2C leads through calls, visits, and references
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable drone/UAV solutions
  • Prepare and share quotations as per customer needs
  • Follow up on quotations and negotiate commercial terms
  • Close sales and coordinate with internal teams for order processing
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and sales activities in CRM
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Conduct product demonstrations (as required)
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collect market intelligence and competitor information

Requirements

Requirement

  • Any Graduation
  • 0 -1 years of experience in sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / CRM tools (eg. ZOHO)
