Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support outbound lead generation for our B2B SaaS solutions across the US, UK, and EU markets. This role requires strong prospecting skills, experience in international sales, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound lead generation through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Identify and research potential customers and decision-makers in target markets
  • Engage prospects to understand their business needs and position relevant solutions
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria (fit, budget, authority, and need)
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools
  • Build strong knowledge of product offerings and industry trends
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve outreach strategies and messaging
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned targets and KPIs

Required Qualifications

  • Based in Pune or willing to work from office
  • 3+ years of experience in sales/lead generation
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a SaaS environment
  • Proven experience in selling to international markets (US/UK/EU)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with a high-volume outbound calling role

Tools & Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with sales and prospecting tools such as: ZoomInfo, Apollo, Outreach, SalesLoft, HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Preferred Background

  • Experience in Sales Intelligence, MarTech, or Digital Marketing industry
  • Prior exposure to B2B SaaS outbound sales environments
