Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Understanding hiring requirements.
Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels.
Screening and evaluating candidate profiles.
Coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions.
Following up with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Assisting in offer management and onboarding activities.
