We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist

In This Role, You Will

  • Collaborating with Product Analysts / Developer to get created the requisite acceptance criteria and ensure the acceptance tests reflect the desired functionality.
  • Participate in evaluation of functional and non-functional requirements for testability and suitability for automation.
  • Designing, Scripting, Executing test automation scenarios and documenting test results.
  • Increase coverage of test automation packs and pass rate in testing cycle as advised by QE Lead.
  • Participate in release activities and giving QA sign offs.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary Agile team.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Strong software development and coding skills (preferably Java/Spring, plus Groovy and/or Python).
  • Hands-on automation experience for backend/API testing using REST Assured and/or Karate.
  • Experience with test frameworks such as JUnit and/or Spock (Groovy).
  • Solid working knowledge of Git (branching, pull requests, conflict resolution) for collaboration and code management.
  • CI/CD exposure with tools such as Jenkins (plus familiarity with ArgoCD is beneficial).
  • Experience working in Agile/SAFe, delivering in-sprint automation aligned to story delivery.
  • Strong defect management skills using JIRA (clear repro steps, evidence, retest confirmation).
  • Ability to support release testing and QA readiness, including regression/smoke testing and contributing to QA sign-off.
