Job Description

Role- QA Automation with karate framework

Exp- 6 to 9 years

Location- PAN India

• Analyze functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and user stories to create automation strategy, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Design, develop, and execute UI automation scripts using Karate Framework (Karate UI).
• Build and enhance reusable automation frameworks leveraging Karate’s DSL, Java interop, and parallel execution.
• Automate web UI regression suites and integrate UI tests with API workflows for end‑to‑end validation.
• Debug automation failures, root‑cause issues, and provide detailed defect documentation.
• Integrate Karate tests with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Maintain version-controlled scripts using Git / Bitbucket / GitLab.
• Generate HTML, JUnit, and Cucumber-style reports from Karate test executions.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA leads, and product owners in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Contribute to automation best practices, code reviews, and continuous quality improvements.
