YOUR TASKS

• Delivery responsible (with Q, C, T) for product group
• 1st escalation level for product group
• Prepare dashboard for global management reporting
• Ensure the execution of training plan
• Lessons learnt and best practices implementation
• Technical guidance and mentoring for project team
• Continuous Quality improvement
• Efficiency improvement measures
• Create roadmap for Assigned team
• Support Developers for project Delivery Strategy definition including readiness for upcoming technologies
• Technical alignment with project teams
• Technical RISK management and sustainable countermeasures
• Technical KPI tracking (Defect density, rework ratio etc)
• Review Management
• SPICE process compliance
• Technical feasibility analysis for customer requirements
• Coordination/conflict resolution
• Good team player
• People management - Talent Review, Skill GAP analysis, Training needs identification and planning for training
• Career development planning
• Resource deployment and Utilization (Reporting Rate)
• Tracking of Offers, PO, Invoices,
• Fiscal Year planning and SCU planning support (through DWH)
• Resource management through CPT
• Recruitment - Hiring workflows, Interview progress tacking.
• Cost planning
• KPI tracking
• Project tracking and controlling support to Project Coordinator
• RISK Management

Your Qualifications

• BE /B. Tech/ M.E/ M. Tech in Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Industrial Electronics
• 10 - 15 years of experience in Automotive Industry
• Strong experience on project planning tool for schedule preparation.
• Good understanding of Battery & Power electronics Development in Automotive domain
• Good handle over System (Mechanical Design, Hardware, Software & Test) & production processes.
• Preparation of Estimation, Effort and Budget Tracking, Customer Co-ordination, Scheduling, Defect Tracking, Metrics Reporting.
• Automotive system knowledge (ECU, Sensors) and technical mindset
• Good knowledge of CMMI / ISO /ASPICE quality standards
• An active team player with an uncanny ability to mentor and motivate large teams through leadership by content
• Experience in managing project stake holders from International /Inter-Cultural teams
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Decision making on project priorities & conflicts
• Stake holder management
• Managing requirements and changes in the project
• On time and Quality delivery
• Working experience in Active Safety projects and Tools used
• Experience in handling multiple projects concurrently should have successfully handled at least 2-3 complete life cycle projects in the role of a Project Manager
