Roles & Responsibilities:

• Leading projects from planning to successful launch and ensuring sustained Business in Series Production
• Project planning and management, including the creation of detailed project and milestone plans based on the Stage/Gate process, and ensuring ontime execution
• Responsible for complete Project Budget planning and tracking the expenditures .
• Track project performance, identify deviations from planned targets, and take corrective actions to keep the project on track. Evaluate project processes and performance, identify areas for improvement, and execute changes effectively to enhance project efficiency
  
  

Contributing your strengths: your qualifications

• Qualification and Education Requirements: Successfully completed studies (university / technical college) in the field of mechanical engineering / automotive manufacturing
• Experience: 5–8 years of experience in the mechanical industry, with a strong background in project management. Proven ability to work in diverse, crossfunctional, and international teams.
  
  

Preferred Skills / Special Skills:
Proven ability to work in diverse, crossfunctional, and international teams.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, coordination, stakeholder management skills and confident of handling conflict situations.
Independent, structured, and able to handle Project responsibilities
Experience in handling transformation or largescale implementation projects is preferred
Preferred Skills / Special Skills:

• MS Project
• Very good spoken and written English skills
