Project Manager- AO NB PA

Position Description

This position is responsible for steering India 2.0 PA Product teams for Pune A0-SUV products with cross functional team from all departments. Task and finalize PA Content evaluation with all departments. Optimize Business case(BC), Meet cost targets and support Pilot hall with launch team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Steering and coordinating PA meeting for A0-SUV vehicle with cross functional team
• Set premises and task PA team for various tasks forex. RnD to clarify technical content (TPB), Department to evaluate / provide inputs. Task Finance to prepare Business case for points
• Task PA team to optimize the expense, find synergies . improve the business case.
• Concludes agreements of detailed timeline with all milestone and project aspects
• Organizes and steers product changes in various product forums in HQ and Pune (Hut/platform) and provide/ clarify all inputs
• Finalizes and concludes overall inputs from Cros functional areas and
• Present the decision proposals in Product team for conclusion
• Steer approval of AeKO points in various product forums in HQ.
• Take lead in resolution of Customer concern points Kuzu/ Field issues history
• Collaborates with RND in case of any Product changes required for alternate solutions
• Concludes technical solution and finalizes feasibility BC with Finance
• Steers evaluation and approval of product changes for KUZU/field issues in IN/HQ MPT
• Task relevant departments for accomplishment of task as per detailed timeline.
• Track execution as approved project plan as per timeline, expenses and quality and update MPO
• Support Pilot halls together with Launch team for smooth SOP.
• Address critical topics and job stoppers in collaboration with experts/ department
• Seek and collaborate for resolution of issues
• Decide and device plan ensuring compliance of all upcoming legal/ emission/ homologation norms
• Develop, Explore and finalize plan for new Markets (exports) and volumes
