Job Description

Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of Center, translating strategic vision into actionable initiatives
Lead and execute cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Manage executive communications, stakeholder engagement, and high-quality reporting
Oversee project delivery, budgeting, and operational performance
Build and strengthen external partnerships while identifying new business opportunities
Drive continuous improvement and organizational change initiatives

The Successful Applicant

13+ years of experience in technology, product development, or consulting
Engineering/Computer Science degree with an MBA
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage complex programs and influence senior stakeholders
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and digital transformation practices
Executive presence with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
