Key Responsibilities

• Complete payroll management for various international sites, including Singapore, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, and the United Kingdom.
• Ensure strict compliance with statutory payroll regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery.
• Conduct payroll audits and reconciliations to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.
• Provide outstanding support and mentorship to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience. An MBA is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in multi-country payroll processing.
• Solid practical experience in payroll for Singapore, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, and the UK.
• Proven experience working with global payroll vendors and payroll systems such as ADP Celergo, ADP Etime, ADP GMV, and HCM Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to strictly adhere to deadlines.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
