Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Asset & Inventory Management
• Maintain a detailed record of company assets, including hardware and software.
• Track asset allocation and usage across teams.
• Coordinate procurement, maintenance, and disposal of assets.
• Software License & Compliance Management
• Keep track of all software licenses, renewals, and compliance requirements.
• Work with vendors to manage software subscriptions and control costs.
• Ensure employees have access to necessary tools without unnecessary license purchases.
• Man-Hour Costing & Productivity Analysis
• Monitor and report man-hours spent on different projects.
• Assist in creating workforce costing reports for management.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
• Process Optimization & Reporting
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational efficiency.
• Generate reports on asset utilization, software expenses, and project backup status.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Project Planning & Estimation
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects
