Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced OFSC (Oracle Field Service Cloud) Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle applications, particularly in OFSC implementations, configurations, and integrations. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective field service solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to field service operations.
• Design and configure Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) solutions based on client requirements.
• Conduct workshops, requirement discussions, and solution demonstrations with stakeholders.
• Configure routing, capacity planning, work zones, business rules, activity types, user profiles, and mobility settings within OFSC.
• Support end-to-end OFSC implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and rollouts.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations between OFSC and Oracle/third-party applications.
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, process flows, and user guides.
• Coordinate and support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment activities.
• Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during and after implementation.
• Train end users and business stakeholders on OFSC functionalities and best practices.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Stay updated with Oracle OFSC product updates, features, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
4+ years of experience working with Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC).
Strong understanding of field service management processes and workflows.
Experience in OFSC configuration, implementation, and support projects.
Knowledge of Oracle ERP/CRM applications and integration concepts.
Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and integration frameworks is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders in a remote environment.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
Oracle OFSC certification is preferred.
