Your Key Responsibilities

Job Description:-

Primary responsibility of this position is ensure Components, Raw Material availability in plant as per Dispatch Plan / Rolling Plan from Marketing by proper coordination with Suppliers. The outcome of job should be Achievement of Monthly Sales Plan, Inventory and On time Delivery within Target and Uninterrupted Supply to production Line. This should also include SUPPLY CHAIN SYSTEMS developments with Vendors.

• Plan and procure raw materials, components, and subcontracted parts (local & import) as per production requirements
• Share rolling forecasts and short-term confirmations with suppliers and Demand Management
• Maintain inventory levels in line with targets and perform quarterly ABC classification
• Manage and update SAP material master data (safety stock, lead time, lot size, etc.) and align MRP output with actual needs
• Coordinate closely with PPC, Demand Management, APAC, and Germany supply chain teams
• Develop strong vendor relationships to achieve inbound OTIF and logistics quality PPM targets
• Monitor SCM KPIs monthly and drive waste elimination through MOVE initiatives
• Lead continuous improvements in materials management and vendor supply systems (Kanban, Milk Run, delivery reliability, safety stock)
  
  

Your Qualifications

• BE (Mechanical) with 3-5 years experience in Supply Chain Management with suppliers in automotive industry.
• Dynamic personality, Good communication skills, Analytical skills
• SAP experience & Microsoft is added advantage
  
  

Location :- Pune (Talegaon)

Work :- 6 Days working (Monday - Saturday)
