Job Purpose

Duties And Responsibilities

•  Work as part of the audit team for one of the most prestigious & rapidly growing finance / fintech company in India
•  Conduct Internal Audit for BFL & other group companies under supervision of National Manager / Chief Group Corporate Audit
•  Review Business processes like sourcing, underwriting, operations for various products like consumer loans, personal loans, business loans, commercial loans. Cover process areas & controls therein in order to identify gaps & close the same with management response
•  Review processes in support functions like HR, IT, Finance, Treasury, Secretarial & Compliance
•  Develop rapport with Business teams for adding value through audit recommendations
•  Support Corporate Audit reviews in other group entities like holding company, investment company & insurance companies.
  
  
  

• CA & CS/CWA/MBA from reputed institute with 3 - 5 years of experience in reputed companies / big consulting firms
•  Good domain knowledge of business processes & current trends
•  Ability to grasp/ learn and unlearn processes
•  Excellent oral and written communication skills to articulate observations
•  Excellent analytical skills, clarity of thoughts and perseverance
•  High motivational levels and need to be a self-starter
•  Demonstrated success & achievement orientation
