Job Description

Past Experience should include the following:

Well versed in employment laws and handling employment and labor matters viz. employee contracts, applicability of labour laws, standardizing service terms with market trends, issues arising out of employee agreements or cases of misconduct or disciplinary issues,

Experience in handling litigation cases, including relating to labour laws and employment issues

Commercial contracting (preferably in IT services industry) viz. customer contracts, vendor agreements, DPAs, Partnership Agreements, Reseller Agreements et al

Conversant with Privacy laws, including the latest legislation promulgated in India

Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience with 2-3 years of IT Industry experience

Necessary Skills

Good communication skills

Excellent legal drafting skills

Time management

High proficiency in MS Word and working knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint
