Job Description

Role: Landscape Architect

Exp Required: 3+ Years

Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Architect with 3+ years of professional experience and hands-on expertise in Revit to support the design and development of landscape projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for design documentation, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality landscape solutions from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop landscape designs from concept, schematic, and detailed design stages using Revit
• Prepare 3D models, construction drawings, planting layouts, grading plans, and details
• Coordinate with architects, urban planners, civil engineers, and MEP teams
• Produce BOQs, technical specifications, and presentation drawings
• Incorporate sustainable and environmentally responsible design practices
• Ensure drawings comply with local bylaws, codes, and client requirements
• Participate in design reviews and client presentations
• Support site coordination and respond to execution-stage queries
• Maintain organized Revit models and drawing standards
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in landscape design
• Proficiency in Revit (essential)
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of:
• Hardscape & softscape design
• Planting design and material selection
• Levels, grading, and drainage concepts
• Ability to interpret architectural and civil drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and design quality
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in large-scale or mixed-use projects
• Knowledge of local plant species and site conditions
• Exposure to sustainable landscape practices (rainwater harvesting, native landscaping, green infrastructure)
• Basic knowledge of cost estimation and tender drawings
