Kinaxis Sr Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Consultant with 6 to 9 years of experience in Kinaxis Supply Planning and related modules Generative AI and COTS Products for LS Manufacturing and Supply Chain. The role involves hybrid work and focuses on delivering impactful solutions in demand planning and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Kinaxis Supply Planning solutions tailored to client needs.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Kinaxis modules such as Inventory Planning and Optimization Sales and Operations Planning and Demand Planning.
• Provide expertise in Generative AI to enhance supply chain forecasting and decision-making processes.
• Develop and optimize workflows within Kinaxis to improve operational efficiency and supply chain visibility.
• Conduct detailed assessments of existing systems and recommend improvements to align with industry best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure stakeholders understand and effectively use Kinaxis tools.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet client objectives and KPIs.
• Collaborate with domain experts in LS Manufacturing and Supply Chain to integrate COTS products seamlessly into client environments.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations for demand planning and forecasting based on data analysis and industry trends.
• Support hybrid work model by leveraging digital collaboration tools to maintain productivity and communication.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards while delivering high-quality solutions.
• Document processes workflows and solutions to maintain transparency and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage Generative AI and Kinaxis capabilities for enhanced supply chain management.
  
  

• Possess strong expertise in Kinaxis modules including Supply Planning Inventory Planning and Optimization Sales and Operations Planning and Demand Planning.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Generative AI applications for supply chain forecasting and optimization.
• Have a solid understanding of COTS Products for LS Manufacturing and Supply Chain with experience in implementation and integration.
• Exhibit knowledge in demand planning and forecasting which is considered a valuable asset.
• Showcase excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex supply chain challenges.
• Display effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly in a hybrid environment.
