Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technology Architect with expertise in Kinaxis Supply Planning and Generative AI to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 9 to 13 years of experience in demand planning and forecasting leveraging Kinaxis tools to drive operational excellence. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to shape innovative solutions while collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced Kinaxis-based solutions for supply planning inventory optimization and sales and operations planning to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Utilize Generative AI to enhance forecasting accuracy and streamline demand planning processes.
• Develop and optimize Kinaxis Demand Planning workflows to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Provide technical expertise in Kinaxis Fundamentals to guide teams in leveraging the platforms capabilities effectively.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and insights that drive strategic decision-making in demand planning and forecasting.
• Ensure the alignment of Kinaxis solutions with organizational goals focusing on improving efficiency and reducing operational costs.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to maintain the reliability and scalability of Kinaxis tools.
• Offer training and mentorship to team members on Kinaxis functionalities and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine manufacturing capacity planning processes ensuring optimal resource utilization.
• Develop documentation and technical guides to support ongoing system maintenance and user adoption.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions that enhance supply chain operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards while implementing technical solutions.
  
  

• Possess strong expertise in Kinaxis Supply Planning Demand Planning Inventory Optimization and Sales & Operations Planning.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Generative AI applications for forecasting and operational improvements.
• Have a solid understanding of demand planning and forecasting methodologies with hands-on experience in relevant domains.
• Nice to have experience in manufacturing capacity planning to complement demand planning expertise.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data for actionable insights.
• Showcase strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Display a proven track record of implementing scalable technical solutions in a hybrid work environment.
