Your Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain custom tools and middleware to facilitate interaction and integration between AI agents and company administrative systems
• Develop APIs, connectors, and interfaces ensuring secure and robust communication between systems and AI agents Collaborate with Al Prompt & Agent Engineers and Data Engineers to optimize system architectures and workflows for automation
• Develop and test scalable backend services, enabling effective integration and orchestration across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Connect and coordinate with external APIs and Al internal platforms and MCP servers to extend functionality and support innovative solutions
• Collaborate closely with data engineers, and product teams to deliver seamless and userfriendly experiences
• Ensure best practices in software development, maintain technical documentation, and contribute to continuous process improvements
  
  

Your Qualifications

• University degree in computer science, AI, data science, software engineering or alternative training with relevant professional experience in this field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on backend development
• Demonstrated experience developing scalable, production-grade backend applications in Python
• Handson experience with AI technology, e. g. AI Agents, RAG, MCP, with quality assurance ofAI systems
• Proven experience working with managed cloud services (AWS or Azure), including AI services, storage and databases
• NTH: Handson experience with frameworks for AI agent construction, such as LangChain and LangGraph, or similar
• NTH: Experience in designing and implementing multiagent systems and adaptive decision logic
• NTH: Understanding ofprompt engineering techniques and finetuning large language models (LLMs) for specific domains
• Experience connecting APIs and integrating external AI platforms
• Experience with deployment ofcontainerized applications in scalable cloud environments, e. g. Kubernetes Proficiency in CICD pipelines
• Collaboration skills for crossfunctional teamwork (data, workflow, platform) Proactive, innovative, and curious mindset, motivated to explore emerging Al technologies
