About the Role

This is an Individual Contributor position within the Professional Services team. The role focuses on:

  • Onboarding new reconciliations
  • Maintaining existing reconciliations
  • Implementing client-driven changes
  • Installing and upgrading platforms using the IntelliMatch tool

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new reconciliations and maintain existing ones, adhering to project standards
  • Support UAT testing and conduct regression testing to deliver defect-free changes ensuring platform stability
  • Install and upgrade reconciliation applications and related products on client platforms
  • Design and implement new changes in collaboration with internal stakeholders, change delivery teams, and clients
  • Provide analytical and subject matter expertise for broader strategic initiatives
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify pain points, drive automation, and improve process efficiency

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of reconciliation development experience across IntelliMatch modules (Recollector, Admin, Reconciliation)
  • 4+ years of strong SQL database experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education/training/work experience
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the financial services marketplace and reconciliation processes
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with deep technical and functional expertise
  • Familiarity with project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a solution-driven mindset
