Expert Quality Assurance Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking an Expert Quality Analyst to serve as the senior-most quality authority within a US Healthcare product team. This role drives test strategy, regulatory validation rigor, and systemic quality improvements across complex, rule-driven systems.

Core Responsibilities

• Define and drive test strategy for complex healthcare modules or subsystems
• Establish risk-based validation approaches for regulated workflows
• Design comprehensive validation strategies across functional, integration, and regression layers
• Ensure compliance-sensitive logic is thoroughly validated
• Lead production defect root cause analysis for systemic issues
• Define automation strategy across manual and automated coverage
• Identify high-value automation candidates based on risk and repeatability
• Drive quality metrics, coverage reporting, and defect trend analysis
• Mentor Senior and mid-level QA analysts
• Partner with Engineering and Product leadership on quality impact assessment
  
  

Mandatory Skills & Experience

Domain Expertise (Required)

• 7–10 years of experience in US Healthcare technology
• Deep understanding of the US claims lifecycle, payer interactions, and regulated revenue cycle workflows
• Strong experience working within compliance-sensitive healthcare systems
  
  

Technical & Quality Strategy Expertise

• Advanced expertise in database validation and complex SQL
• Strong experience testing rule-heavy and data-intensive systems
• Proven experience defining test scope across manual and automated testing
• Experience designing risk-based testing strategies
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile practices
• Experience leading validation efforts for complex feature releases
• Strong analytical skills to identify systemic quality risks
  
  

Good to Have

• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with API testing
• Exposure to performance testing concepts
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, or Risk Adjustment workflows
• Testing certifications( ISTQB, CSTE)
