• Migration of SharePoint on-premises solutions to SharePoint Online
• Second-level support for Digital Workplace issues
• Documentation of complex problems and their resolutions
• Delivering user guidance and assistance

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
  
  

Experience

• More than 5 years of experience in similar field
  
  

Preferred / Special Skills

• In-depth knowledge and experience with the following applications:
• Microsoft Teams, SharePoint (Online/OnPrem), M365, Azure AD
• Atlassian Confluence and Jira
• Document management systems preferably SER Doxis4
• Experience in application development with Power Automate and Power Apps is a plus
• Experience in SharePoint migration projects is a plus
• Willingness to learn and openness to new technologies
• Knowledge of digital workplace technologies and European IT standards
• Very good written and spoken English skills, good German skills preferable
• Working experience in international IT centres and teams
• Strong communication skills, intercultural competence and hands-on mentality
