Job Purpose

End to end monitoring of Regulatory Reporting, Handling of regulatory Inspection, ESG reporting, monitoring of BASEL related reporting

Duties And Responsibilities

•  End to end Impact analysis of RBI guidelines w.r.t Basel -III
•  End to end preparation of computation of Credit Risk, Market Risk and Operational Risk on Monthly basis as per Basel III Guidelines issued by RBI
•  Computation of CET 1 and CRAR as per Basel III
•  Review and monitoring of Computation of CRAR as per NBFCs Norms
•  Performance of stress testing for all material risk and its assessment on adequacy of capital.
•  Co-ordination with various stakeholders for understanding system functionality and identifying areas of system development / reports required for Basel - III
•  Co-ordination with RBI officials w.r.t Basel III reporting requirements and disclosures
•  Finalization of internal capital adequacy and assessment procedure document and ICAAP policy and monitoring compliance of the same
•  Co-ordination with RBI officials w.r.t inspection related items pertaining to Basel-III Reporting
•  Working on Pillar III disclosures
•  Finalization of Impact analysis of recent guidelines issued by Regulator w.r.t BASEL reporting and CRAR computation
•  Automation of various computations required for Capital adequacy assessment.
•  Assistance in other regulatory reporting related projects w.r.t controllership activity.
  
  
  

•  Chartered Accountant with minimum 10 years of experience in the field of BASEL (ICAAP ) reporting of NBFCs/ banks.
•  Thorough knowledge on regulatory requirements (RBI guidelines)
•  Operating knowledge on IGAAP / IND-AS
•  MS Excel proficiency
•  High analytical abilities
•  Exceptional communicational skills
