Duties And Responsibilities

Specific Accountabilities:1.Flash Reporting:Preparing P&L for Flash reporting. Preparing Flash report2.Month Closing: TB review Finalizing & providing inputs for montly P&L (for on line items/areas assigned) Performing Segment break & providing inputs for the financials (for the Segments assigned) Preparing statements for Businesses (eg AR Walk)3.Business Alignment & Review Meetings:Going through monthly P&Ls of the Businesses assigned and prepare analysis on need basisResolving queries and aligning the P&Ls with businesses Attending review meetings & preparing minutes thereof4.AOP:Readying AOP model & AOP trackerUpdating model with the inputs received from businesses & functionsFinalizing P&L line times assigned and providing inputs for AOPReviewing business P&Ls assignedRaising queries on businesses and making corrections based on corrected inputsAOP P&L alignment with businessesAttending review meetings and making necessary corrections in the model based on directions received.5.Reforecast:Readying reforecast model and reforecast tracker.Updating model with the inputs received from businesses & functionsReviewing business P&Ls (for the businesses assigned)Raising queries on businesses and making corrections based on corrected inputsReforecast P&L alignment with businessesAttending review meetings and making changes based on directions received.Preparing reforecast Deck for submission to managementOther Accountabilities:6.Monthly Deck:Review of Finance Deck & getting corrections done7.Opportunities of Savings & Process Correction:Analysing revenue line items, for proper charging (revenue assurance) and booking. Identifying reasons for wrong charging getting changes doneGetting corrections done in booking process Identifying issues in expense booking & getting necessary corrections done8.Miscellaneous:Breaking P&L of business segments into sub-segments, based on requirementBreaking specific P&L line items from previous periods depending upon requirementTaking up/supporting in other activities as and when they arise
