Key Responsibilities

• Account Management & Revenue Growth
• Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and upselling existing clients.
• Build and manage relationships with brokers, IPCs and corporate clients.
• Support leasing mandates and large enterprise deals.
• Contribute to building a key account management framework for enterprise clients.
• Strengthen long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
• Commercial & Deal Execution
• Lead and support commercial negotiations, including pricing, contract terms, and SLAs.
• Structure deals aligned to financial and risk guidelines.
• Drive speed and quality of deal closure through internal coordination with legal/other relevant teams
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Partner with design, operations, and projects teams to align offerings with client requirements.
• Ensure seamless transition from deal closure to client onboarding
• Market & Product Inputs
• Provide insights into workspace trends and occupier needs.
• Support refinement of product offerings and competitiveness.
• Marketing Support
• Collaborate with the marketing team to drive campaigns, site activations, and promotional events.
• Assist in the creation of sales and marketing materials including brochures, pitch decks, and digital content.
  
  

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in real estate leasing, managed offices, coworking, or commercial leasing.
• Strong exposure to enterprise/corporate clients.
• Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth.
  
  

• Strong business acumen and understanding of workspace trends.
• Strong execution capability with ability to drive deals end-to-end.
• Commercial orientation and negotiation skills.
• Strong relationship management.
• High drive for results and ownership mindset.
