Duties And Responsibilities

• Minimizing fraud complaints to ensure robust company reputation2.Ensure that - All fraud complaints to be investigated completely and coordinate with field team for further action. 3.Coordinate with Field team to file police complaints/FIR against Fraudster.4.Ensuring strong deterrent is sent in market by timely action and investigations of all fraud cases.5.Improvising preventive process to reduce the reputation fraud complaints6.Building metrics and dashboards of all fraud related process to enable effective management of each process and drive efficiencies.7.Ensuring strong deterrent is sent in market by timely action and investigations of fraud cases.
