About The Job

MaxIQ is looking for an adept and experienced Business Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of product features and user journeys end-to-end.
• Understand product requirements and translate them into clear user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product leads to clarify requirements, resolve questions, and ensure aligned execution.
• Create and manage release and sprint plans, execute DSMs, and work feature-by-feature with Engineering and Design teams to ensure complete delivery.
• Partner with Product Leads to execute product strategy and goals.
• Drive sprint and release velocity, ensuring optimal outcomes and on-time delivery.
  
  

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate ambiguity into clear, actionable plans for a global audience.
• Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A strong team player who can build cross-functional partnerships and influence without direct authority.
• Prior experience executing sprints and releases in a SaaS environment.
• Experience with B2B, Sales Tech, and/or AI products is a plus.
