Application Developer - NET Digital Workplace COT

Creating Passion: Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C#/.NET technologies
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
• Identify opportunities for automation using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Build scalable backend services and integrate with frontend (Angular or similar frameworks)
• Ensure application performance, security, and reliability
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for business-critical applications
• Maintain technical documentation and follow development best practices
• Train and support end users on developed solutions
• Work closely with global IT teams (especially Europe) on solution delivery

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  
  

Experience

• 4-6+ years of experience in .NET application development
  
  

Preferred Skills / Special Skills

• Strong experience in C#, .NET Core / .NET Framework /PowerShell
• Good understanding of Angular or similar frontend frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database design
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with Git, Visual Studio, VS Code
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (plus)
• Exposure to Digital Workplace / M365 ecosystem (plus)
• Experience working in international teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
