The Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our growing recruiting team. In this role, you’ll be the engine behind a seamless hiring process—ensuring candidates and stakeholders have a best-in-class experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth and efficient scheduling process
• Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to support hiring needs
• Manage candidate communications, ensuring a high-quality, professional experience
• Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (Workday)
• Assist with job postings, offer processes, and onboarding coordination
• Track recruiting metrics and generate reports as needed
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
  
  

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with ATS platforms (Workday or similar preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
