Responsibilities

Your team and responsibilities

You will work within the planning and order management team, which together with the procurement team is part of the Production Planning department, within the Manufacturing organization in the Netherlands ("the factory"). The planning and order management team strives to deliver the highest service to our (internal) customers, through optimal planning, service-oriented mindset and solving challenges.

As Production planner Coordinator, your key activities include

Planning

  • You optimize the planning to achieve the factory objectives, can keep an overview and set the right priorities, and align with the different parts of the organization.
  • You monitor and optimize our factory performance and ensure solutions are realized for any issues.
  • You support the production organization with detailed planning activities and quickly and accurately process the required administration in our ERP system (JDE).
  • You optimize planning configurations to reach our strategic goals.

Service Level Management & Order Management

  • Define, agree and manage the service level agreements towards our (internal) customers.
  • You manage our masterdata (e.g. delivery times) for our stakeholders via data-driven methods.
  • You manage (workload) forecasting, order/request receiving and acceptance.
  • You manage our customer experience and related KPIs and initiate improvements as needed.
  • You ensure timely and service-oriented communication towards our stakeholders.

Your profile

You are an eager professional that wants to challenge itself and its environment, and furthermore you recognize yourself in the following characteristics

  • A relevant degree (e.g. Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, ..)
  • 5+ years of work experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Affinity with product planning.
  • High operational involvement and you are proactive and decisive.
  • Teamplayer – willing to back-up others (also for operational activities)
  • Networker/Cooperator – able to build sustainable relationships with your (global) counterparts
  • Disciplined, structured, driven and motivated
