Your role

Are you curious about how a global bank manages compliance, operational risk, and regulatory obligations? We’re looking for a Junior Talent Program (JTP) Intern to:

support compliance, regulatory & governance activities across GCORC teams

assist in maintaining and documenting risk, control, and governance frameworks in line with internal policies and regulatory standards

help with data analysis, reporting, and monitoring activities related to non‑financial risk

contribute to the preparation of materials, dashboards, and documentation used to support risk management and oversight

Your team

You’ll be working in a GCORC team in India, supporting global stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. We help protect UBS’s reputation by ensuring the firm operates within legal, regulatory, and ethical boundaries. As a JTP Intern, you’ll play an important role in supporting day‑to‑day compliance and operational risk activities while learning how second‑line‑of‑defense functions operate in practice.

Your expertise

academic background in business, finance, commerce, risk, law, economics, or a related discipline

strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy

proactive, well‑organized, and comfortable working with processes and documentation

good communication skills and the confidence to ask questions and learn

fluent in English to support collaboration with global teams
