Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 6 to 12 months of work experience in primary or secondary market research
Fluency in written and spoken English, along with strong communication skills to work collaboratively with a global team
Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities
Self-motivated with a proven ability to take initiative
Basic understanding of the private equity investing process
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Significant experience in leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and decision-making
Responsibilities:
Conduct secondary research to identify and evaluate industry executives and consultants who can assist in due diligence by serving as advisors, operating partners, and board members
Identify and analyze key market trends relevant to specific deals, uncovering insights and diligence areas
Create client-ready deliverables, including deal overviews, competitive landscapes, and primers
Conduct sector-specific research to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities
Contribute to team-wide initiatives, including sales and hiring
Participate actively in skill-building sessions, process improvements, and knowledge-sharing initiatives within and across the team
