Slack Administration

We are looking for a Slack Administrator to manage and support our collaboration platform. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day administration, user support, and basic automation within Slack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Slack workspaces, channels, users, and permissions
• Configure and maintain Slack apps, integrations, and workflows
• Provide L1/L2 support for Slack-related issues
• Handle service requests (channel creation, onboarding, app approvals)
• Troubleshoot access, integration, and workflow issues
• Support incident management and escalate complex issues when required
• Ensure security controls and compliance for Slack usage
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles
• Assist with user onboarding and training
• Support workflow automation and integrations with enterprise tools

Required Skills:

• Experience in Slack administration or collaboration tools
• Basic knowledge of integrations and workflow automation
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and incident management
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Good to Have:

• Experience with enterprise integrations
• Understanding of security and compliance practices
