Summary:

In the role of Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This includes overseeing the integration of advanced tools and methodologies to enhance control, accuracy, and data integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. The role focuses on driving innovation by adopting predictive and intelligent testing strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational quality goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to implement cutting-edge testing solutions is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering a culture of excellence and reliability in software delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1 Manage and enhance end-to-end Warranty Claim process focusing on accuracy, timeliness, and following with best practices. The process includes steps from service provider account creation through claim payments

2 Manage and troubleshoot SOAP/XML interfaces from SAP CRM through SAP PO to third party systems

3 Monitoring SAP PO module

4 Optimize data integration and streamline business processes in SAP BW and SAP SD module.

5 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integration of SAP modules to home services operations. Related to SAP BW and SAP SD

6 Provide integration support for interfacing master data to third party providers through SFTP. Related to SAP BW and SAP SD

7 Support IDocs integration between SAP systems, distributor credit memos and third-party debit memos. Related to SAP BW and SAP SD

8 Engage with various stakeholders in Warranty Claim process and implement improvements to assist with efficiency.

9 Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to refine and implement predictive analytics models to enhance decision-making processes. Predictive Analytics

10 Confirm integrations are working properly

11 Work as a SME for upgrades and enhancements and break/fix with integrations

12 Interface with business partners of Consumer Package Goods and Integrated Business Unit

13 Understand Business needs and translate to IT Requirements

14 Reporting: Maintain robust reporting systems for quality metrics, utilizing SAP BW and Systems: SAS, On-Trac, and internal tools

15 Change Management: Support deployment of updates, improvements, and changes to the home services systems

16 Work closely with other IT teams to minimize disruptions and optimize the performance of IT services.

17 Field Service Warranty claim module and Scheduling dispatching servers module using Service bench (Future Salesforce)

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing data models within SAP BW/4HANA environments.
• Experience in developing and optimizing data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Ability to integrate SAP BW/4HANA solutions with various data sources and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting within SAP BW/4HANA landscapes.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable data solutions.
