The role supports Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, Project Management and Site teams in the preparation, collection, review, tracking and submission of quality documentation from manufacturing and supplier activities through site installation and final customer handover.

  • Verify documentation for document-control completeness, correct identification, revision status, required approvals, consistent formatting, and traceability prior to submission. Technical content approval and quality gate sign-off remain the responsibility of the Project Quality Team or other authorized approver.
  • Monitor missing and overdue documentation and proactively follow up with responsible functions, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely closure.
  • Upload and submit approved quality documentation to designated company, project, and customer platforms, ensuring compliance with required structures, naming conventions, and formats.
  • Maintain structured storage, version control, archiving, and traceability of quality documentation within approved systems such as Procore, ACC, SharePoint, or other designated platforms.

  • Develop and maintain standard templates, trackers, folder structures, naming conventions, and Quality Book requirements to improve consistency across projects and customer platforms.
  • Identify recurring documentation gaps and support continuous improvement and standardization of documentation processes.
