Performs frontline client support for management-established securities-related activities to ensure clients receive timely and accurate assistance, contributing to client satisfaction and retention. Supports the accuracy of financial securities processes to enhance operational effectiveness. Follows industry regulations and best practices to help management prepare for potential internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with all applicable regulations. Handles operational activities related to asset servicing, processing on diverse platforms, and performing baseline reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial processes. Communicates with colleagues on disbursement/receipt activities and security deals processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions, supporting a smooth operational flow. Assists in the development of ad-hoc reports as needed by management, in order to help measure ongoing progression against key performance indicators and targets. Assists in document verification, instructions preparation, and settlement to ensure accurate and efficient transaction processes. Performs tasks related to fund accounting and shareholder servicing to support efficient fund management and effective servicing for shareholders. Entry-level role focusing on supporting day-to day operations by addressing-routine problems with defined solution. Responsible for timely and accurate reporting, basic analysis, and contributing to the improvement of operational processes. The work involves following standard procedures under close supervision, with limited need for innovation or-complex problem-solving. Communication is primarily internal while helping to support decision-making. Tasks are carried out independently within established guidelines, and leadership responsibilities are minimal. The role typically does not require advanced education, relying instead on basic training and adherence to standard work routines.
