Job Purpose
The responsibility of the Digital Workplace Analyst is to deliver, support, and continuously improve Digital Workplace services, covering end-user devices, collaboration platforms, cloud services, and productivity tools.
The analyst takes ownership of incidents, service requests, and assigned initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and a high-quality user experience while supporting both operational and project-based activities within the Digital Workplace scope.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
Responsible for solution delivery and support for end-user endpoints, including PCs, notebooks, mobile devices, and peripherals
Support and administration of Digital Workplace services based on the Microsoft ecosystem, including:
Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
Azure / Entra ID
Intune (MEM)
Windows 10 and Windows 11
Demonstrate strong competence in endpoint security, Intune (MEM), and Active Directory / Azure AD (on-prem and cloud)
Manage and support Windows Autopilot configurations for standard and non-standard device provisioning
Mobile Device Management (MDM) administration to ensure secure, compliant, and well-managed mobile and endpoint devices
SCCM administration, including software distribution, patch management, operating system deployment, and endpoint maintenance
Asset and inventory management using tools such as Lansweeper, covering both hardware and software assets
Enforce and monitor software licensing compliance.
Support end-user software lifecycle management, including deployment, updates, and retirement
Collaborate with MSPs and global partners supporting services such as SCCM, Nexthink, XDR, and related tools
Support corporate and global applications via the helpdesk, ensuring alignment with business needs
Provide technical input and hands-on support for Digital Workplace projects, rollouts, upgrades, and new service introductions
Support adoption and enablement activities for new workplace technologies, including Copilot and AI-enabled productivity features
Skills & Technical Competences & Behaviors
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent practical experience
Years of Experience required 6-9 years
Strong hands-on knowledge of:
Windows 10 / Windows 11
Intune (MEM)
SCCM
Azure / Entra ID
Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams)
Understanding of software licensing, asset management, and endpoint lifecycle management
Familiarity with ITIL framework, processes, and roles
Experience working with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
Exposure to cloud-based workplace services and collaboration platforms
Good spoken and written English
Ability to work in non-standard work hours when required
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and structured problem-solving
