Job Description• Manage end-to-end contract delivery for a critical client with perfection• Experience in Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) programs supporting UK markets• In-depth understanding and hands-on experience of AML Programs, specifically on Sanction Screening & Transaction Monitoring (TM – L1 & L2) processes• Experience in working with Banks/Payment Service Providers/FinTechs• Ability to analyze problems, situations and suggest solutions from an operations perspective.• Ability to work with the team and deliver against contractual commitments• Ability to act as an SME and build expertise in the system to achieve sustainability• Analyzing and executing assignments/deals with high & moderate complexity• Ability to identify process gaps and take initiative for client value creation• Lead a span of 20-40 resources including SMEs, Quality, Training and Production resources• Verbal and Written proficiency in English• Ability to handle clients and conduct governance meetingsAdditional Information• Minimum 5+ years' experience• Prior experience in managing people, a must (On Papers)• Excellent verbal & written communication skills • Experience in WFM for planning and handling a 24*7 operation• Ready to Work from Office• ACAMS/CFCS/CFE Certified (Preferred)Personal Attributes: • Professional • Approachable and Personable • Personal Drive• Determined and Persistent • Self-motivated
