Senior FullStack Developer

Role Overview:  We are seeking a Senior Full stack Developer, with strong hands-on development experience and proven expertise in full-stack architecture and advanced technologies. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of scalable, enterprise-grade solutions while actively contributing to coding, architecture, and technical decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with.NET Core and React.js, a solid understanding of cloud-native architecture, and working experience with Azure DevOps.

Must-Have Skills

• 6-9 years of overall software development experience.
  
• Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core / C# for backend development.
  
• Solid experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
  
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
  
• Hands-on working experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Releases).
  
• Experience with SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases.
  
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and delivery best practices.
  
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and technical decision-making skills.
  

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, AKS, IoT Hub, Digital Twins).
  
• Knowledge of CI/CD best practices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  
• Experience in SaaS, platform-based, or product-driven environments.
  
• Familiarity with performance optimization, security, and scalability for large platforms.
  

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership & Architecture
   

• Lead end-to-end architecture and design of full-stack, cloud-native applications.
  
• Define technical standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
  
• Drive system scalability, performance, reliability, and security.
  
• Review designs, code, and implementations to ensure high quality and maintainability.
  

2. Hands-On Development
   

• Actively contribute to development using.NET Core / C# and modern front-end technologies.
  
• Design and develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
  
• Collaborate with teams on complex technical problem-solving and optimizations.
  
• Support integration of data-driven and AI/ML components into applications.
  

3. Advanced Technologies & Innovation
   

• Design and implement solutions leveraging Data Science, Machine Learning (ML), Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL).
  
• Contribute to Digital Twin architectures, simulations, and real-time system modeling.
  
• Work with data pipelines, model deployment, and MLOps practices.
  
• Drive innovation by evaluating and adopting emerging technologies.
  

4. Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
   

• Mentor and guide engineers, fostering technical excellence.
  
• Collaborate with product, business, and engineering stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  
• Support delivery planning, estimation, and technical risk management.
